Charter Communications purchases these three ( Bright House, TWC, and Road Runner) email services for $87.7 billion back in 2015 and launched them all with a new brand name ”Spectrum Webmail”.

That is why all three email services login page re-direct you to one page Spectrum Webmail. So basically you don’t have to visit individual login pages. All you have to do is to visit the Spectrum Webmail login page and you find all the previous features there just with new branding.

You have to visit Spectrum Webmail login page, which is now the login page for all Charter Email, Road Runner Email, TWC Email, and Bright House Email accounts.

If you are an active user of Spectrum services you can create your own account with the username you have provided. Follow the steps given below to create an account.

  • Go to net and sign in with username and password.
  • Select Menu in the top left corner of the page.
  • Select Manage Accounts
  • Select Services
  • Select Internet
  • Select Create Email Address
  • Select Create Mailbox for confirmation
  • Enter your Password
  • Select Finish

Charter Email Settings – How to Set up Charter Business Email?

If you are using mobile device and wants to use Spectrum Business Webmail on your mobile you can easily do that by following steps.

  • Open the App Menu
  • Select Email
  • Select Add Account
  • Select IMAP
  • Enter full Email Address
  • Put the following email settings in the required fields:
  1. Password: The password you use to sign on to your Spectrum Business Email account
  2. SSL: This setting should be ON for both SMTP and IMAP
  3. Protocol: IMAP (Recommended)
  4. Incoming Email
  5. Incoming Server Port: 993
  6. Outgoing Email Server:
  7. Outgoing Server Port: 587
  8. Requires Authentication: Yes

Charter Mobile Email Settings -- How To Set Up Charter Spectrum Email On iPhone

If you are an IOS user and want to use Spectrum email on your device you have to do the following steps:

  • Open Settings
  • Select Password and Accounts
  • Select Add Account > Other > Add Mail Account
  • Enter your Name, Email address, Password and account description and select Next
  • Enter the Spectrum email settings and select Save

How to Set Up Charter (Now Spectrum) Email On MAC

Most of the people use Mac if you are one of them and want to set up Spectrum Email on your Mac you have to follow the steps given below.

  1. Open Apple Mail
  2. Select Mail
  3. Select the Accounts Tab
  4. Select + symbol
  5. Select Add Other Mail Account
  6. Enter your account info
  • Full Name
  • Email address
  • Password
  1. Enter the Incoming Mail Server settings
  • Account Type: IMAP
  • Incoming Mail Server: Enter
  • Username
  • Password
  1. Select the Use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) checkbox
  • Port: 993

There are two different methods to set up Spectrum Webmail on outlook, one is automatic and the second one is manually.

Automatic Configuration Of Spectrum Webmail

If you want to setup Spectrum Email automatically on your Outlook you can do that by following steps.

  1. Open Outlook
  2. Select File
  3. Click on Info
  4. Select Account Settings
  5. Select Email
  6. Select New
  • Enter your Name
  • Enter your Email Address
  • Enter your Password
  1. Select Next
  2. Select Finish

Manual Configuration Of Spectrum Webmail

If your account doesn’t set up automatically you can also do that manually. And If you want to do so follow the steps given bellow.

  1. Open Outlook
  2. Select File
  3. Click on Info
  4. Select Account Settings
  5. Select Email
  6. Select New
  7. Select IMAP and then Next
  • Enter your Name
  • Enter your Email Address
  • Incoming mail server:
  • Outgoing mail server:
  • Enter your Username
  • Enter your Password
  1. Check on SPA
  2. Select Test Account Settings
  3. Select Next
  4. Select Finish

How To Unlock Your Charter Email (Now Spectrum) Account?

If you don’t use your email account for six months then your account gets locked and you are not able to receive messages. But your previous emails remain to save in the account as long as you use Spectrum services. In order to unlock your account sign in to your account and Select Email icon in top right corner of the page.

Charter Email sign in -- How to reset Charter net Email password?

It’s a common myth that you can’t be able to log in again to your TWC email account if you forget your password. But that’s not the truth because you can easily reset or change your account password.

Also if you never use the password reset tool in the past you may be asked for your modems / router’s MAC address. You can find that address on the back bottom of your modem near a bar code. MAC or EA (e.g: MAC 00-14-ab-34-cd-5e)

Go to the new Spectrum Webmail login page.

  1. Select Forgot Email Password?
  2. Select I don’t Know My Email Password
  3. Enter your Email Address
  4. Check on I’m not a robot
  5. Click on Submit
